A Company Specialized in the Manufacturing of LED Screens


TecnoVISION SpA is a company specialized in the manufacturing of LED Screens.
Founded in Italy in 1987, the company started with the production of monochrome, tricolor and information LED displays and signs.

In 1995 TecnoVISION was one of the first companies to take advantage of the launch of the first blue LEDs in the world market to design and supply fullcolor screens, becoming the precursor of a continuously evolving business sector.

In recent years, the company has consolidated its position in the market, leveraging on the vast experience to offer innovative products in accordance with specific needs of the customers around the world, in different fields of application (Advertising, Sports and Events).

Heavy investment in research and development and the ability of making any type of project has allowed TecnoVISION to carry out unique installations for an ever greater number of customers.

TecnoVISION was the first company to build up a national advertising network of LED screens with more than 200 units in Mexico, has collaborated in the visual design of Armani, Dolce & Gabbana, Valentino and Geox showrooms and has been present at major events like concerts (Rolling Stones in Rio De Janeiro, for example) and MotoGP and Formula One Grand Prix. TecnoVISION is also a famous player in the greatest stadiums in the world like S. Siro in Milan, Mercedes Benz Arena in Stuttgart and a lot more.

 

  1987 - Franco Zambiasi founded TecnoVISION, specializing in the manufacturing of monochrome and tricolor LED displays.
  1988 – The pioneering results allowed TecnoVISION to expand the plants in Milan, to serve a larger number of customers in Italy and abroad..
  1995 – TecnoVISION took the advantage of the release of the first Blue LEDs in the market, to begin production of fullcolor screens, contributing to the market development worldwide..
 

1996 – TecnoVISION provided more than 50m² of fullcolor modular screens, used for the largest concerts in Italy.

 

1997 - TecnoVISION starred in the Nurburgring F1 race track in Germany, delivering a LED fullcolor display of 70m².

1998 – The continued development of TecnoVISION lead to the 1000 m² enlargement of the Milan plant, predominantly dedicated to the design and manufacturing of fullcolor LED screens.

1998 - TecnoVISION bought SELEDRIVE, a company specialized in road Variable Message Signs for traffic and public information.

  1999 - TecnoVISION opened a sales branch in Canada, then followed by other offices in Mexico, Kuwait, Australia and Brazil, to ensure better market coverage.
  2001 – TecnoVISION was transformed into a Corporation (Joint Stock Company).
  2002 - The current headquarters of TecnoVISION took shape in Buccinasco, a suburban area very close to Milan, to integrate all business processes and adequately support the impressive growth of the company.
  2003 - TecnoVISION developed Square Pixel® Technology, recognized by the whole industry worldwide, to quadruple the resolution of a screen.
  2003 - TecnoVISION obtained TUV ISO 9001:2000 certification.
 

2003 - TecnoVISION bought MT VISUAL, a company specialized in the production of scoreboards and sports software for decades, located in Hungary.

 

2004 – In Mexico TecnoVISION started the realization of the largest national advertising network foreseeing the installation of more than 200 LED screens for the company OEM.

  2005 - TecnoVISION achieved the 4th place in the world ranking for LED displays market (Source: i-Suppli Report 2005), with over 700 installations equivalent to 9.000 m².
 

2006 – TecnoVISION developed the new product SP50 that innovates the market by matching digital printing with LED technology.

2006 – TecnoVISION was divided into a number of companies, each with a clear mission and targeted activities, giving life to TecnoVISION Group.

  2007 – TecnoVISION celebrated 20 years of activity and achievements by presenting LUXIO, the world’s largest LED-Tv, and installing LED screens in two stadiums considered true football “temples”: San Siro in Milan and Olímpico in Rome. 
  2008 – TecnoVISION achieved the prestigious goal of 1000 fullcolor LED screens installed in over 70 Countries.
  2009 – TecnoVISION developed the revolutionary NET-LED20 mesh display, a new frontier for the use of creative displays during events.
  2010 – Birth of the new line of products MT, to make the advanced TecnoVISION technology available to each and everyone, based on different components and several optionals that can be integrated.
