TecnoVISION
has always been focusing on achieving excellence both in product quality and functionality and in technical support efficiency and speed of action.

TecnoVISION offers to customers all the necessary tools to keep the LED screen in good working conditions during and after warranty, like remote monitoring DIA-LOG System, training, spare part kits, fixing and/or replacement of faulty parts.
TecnoVISION also proposes a complete set of pre-and post-sales, value-added services like: custom design (including site survey); turn-key project realization; supervision to installation and certification; on-site maintenance; direct involvement in ordinary and extraordinary maintenance around the world; creation of visual contents for LED screens.

With particular emphasis on after-sales services, TecnoVISION relies on a company part of the same Group, PubliVISION Srl, which is dedicated to the following activities, performed all around the world: 

• supervision to the installation.
• maintenance under warranty (ex-warehouses).
• special ordinary (routine) and extra-ordinary maintenance contracts during (on-site) and after warranty.
• specific commercial formulas, like buy-back or trade in of old screens.
• help desk.
• sale of spare parts and components.
