TecnoVISION S.p.A. pays attention and believes in the protection of the privacy of the users who visit the tecnovision’s web sites. TecnoVISION believes that it is fundamental for every user to know and choose the conditions of processing of his own personal details provided through the Site.
In this statement are explained the conditions and purposes and processing of personal details of the users entering the Site managed TecnoVISION S.p.A.. You are kindly invited to read carefully the following statement.
1 – COLLECT AND STORAGE OF PERSONAL DETAILS.

Your details will be collected by TecnoVISION, holder of their processing with headquarters in via Archimede 18, 20090, Buccinasco (MI) (the “Holder”) according to the folowing conditions.
In the sections products, contacts and downloads of the Site, the user requesting a quotation, a contact or using our download services, will be asked to fill in a form and to provide us with information and personal details (such as username, country, telephone number, mail address, etc.).
All the data reqiuired are necessary and the user will be obliged to insert them in order to receive the service he has asked for.
Furthermore every time the user send voluntarily an e-mail to the mail addresses indicated on the web site, the mail address of the sender as well as the personal details provided with the message are stored by the Holder just to answer to his requirements.
OTHER INFORMATION
The server of the Site collects during its normal functioning some further information whose transfer is implicit using Internet Protocol addresses. These data are not collected to be associated with users even though they could through further treatments make the identification of the users possible. These data are addresses, domain names of the computers used by the users who connect with the Site, URI addresses (Uniform Resource Identifier) of the required resources, the time of the requirement, the operating system used to access the TecnoVISION web site, the dimension of the file obtained as answer, the numerical code showing the answer given by the server (good end, error, etc.) and others parameters related to the operating system and the informatic setting of the user.
2 – USE AND PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING OF THE COLLECTED PERSONAL DETAILS
Your personal details will be saved and/or recorded and/or stored by the Holder, directly and/or through the managers and/or persons in charge with their processing, on electronic and printed supports protected by suitable security in order to be examined only by the Holder and/or by the managers and /or persons in charge with their processing.
The same data will be processed manually and/or through instruments and/or informatic programs in accordance with the choices that you will express through your agreement at the moment of the collecting or later:
(a) according to your request of fruition and/or participationto the services and initiative offered by the Site, including, just to explain, request of quotation for products, request of contact and request of download services;
(b) acording to the development of additional activities which increase what indicated at the previous letter (a);
(c) according to the discharge of administration fulfilments and/or obliged by law and/or rules, also of comunitary nature;
(d) according to the management and the fulfilment of the contractual agreement established;
(e) according to the sending of newsletters;
(f) according to the development of marketing avtivities and/or market research, including presentation of new products by TecnoVISION Group, commercial promotions and/or offers also through advertising mails (direct mail marketing) about products and/or services by TecnoVISION Group, inquiries about market and/or consumption.
The data acquired through the server of the Site (above quoted in the category “other infornmation”) are used to obtain nameless information about the use of the Site, to check its right funktioning and eventually to determine responsabilities in case of computer crime to the detriment of the Site.
Cookies: the Site do not use cookies to retrieve personal identifiable information from your computer. We do not use cookies to convey personal information. We do not use persistent c.d. cookies at all, to be more precise system for the processing of users. The use of session c.d. cookies (which are not stored in a persistent way on the user’s computer and disappear when the browser is closed) is limited to the transfer of session identifications (random number created by the server) necessary to guarantee the sure visit of the Site. The session c.d. cookies used into the Site avoid using other informatic techniques potentially dangerous for the confidentiality of the user and prevent from the collecting of personal details of the user.
3 – CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
As for the foregoing purposes, for which your consent is required (where due and/or necessary according to D.Lgs 196/2003), the personal data that you have provided will be communicated to third parties, while they won’t be diffused. In particular, without limiting the foregoing, the personal data that you have provided will be communicated to third parties who have been charged by the Holder with the processing of data. In that case those third parties will operate on behalf of the Holder and as agreement with him according to the law.
We inform you that it won’t be possibile for us to satisfy your requirements without your consent (where due and /or necessary according to the D.Lgs. 196/2003) to the processing of personal data that you have provided.
4 – LINK TO OTHER SITES
We inform you that durino the visit on the Site you could be sent through hyperlink to other sites where TecnoVISION and/or the Holder does not control the collect of personal data. The privacy rulement of these sites will tell you the conditions of the processing regarding your personal data.
5 – RIGHTS OF THE USERS
Accordino to the art. 7 of the D. Lgs 196/2003 you will be able to exert the rights here listed and we quote the essential ones:
(a) request confirmation about the existence of your personal data;
(b) request the dolete, the anonymous transformation or block of your personal details because of law violation;
(c) request the updating and, if necessary, the integration of your personal data;
(d) oppose, fully or partly, to the processing of your personal data.
These rights can be exert turning to the Holder at the address indicated above or sending a mail to the following address: crm@tecnovision.com.
Furthermore, you can modify and/or update and/or correct your personal data as well as asking for them to be deleted through proceedings indicated on the Site. If you have questions about the use of your personal data, you can write to the Holder at the address indicated above or send a mail at the address indicated above.

6 – NOTIFICATION OF POLICY CHANGES
This statement can be modified and terms and conditions could ch’ange. The Holder will always publish the latest version updated of the statement on the Site.
